My Story

I was born and raised in a Swedish city called Eskilstuna, and nothing about where my life started suggested I would end up building the life I have today.

It all took a quick turn when I dropped out of school in the eighth grade. I quickly found myself around the wrong people, made mistakes, and lived through a stretch of drugs and getting arrested. It could easily have decided everything that came after it.

For a while, nothing about how I was living spoke to who I would end up becoming today.

Until there was a moment when God called me to change, and I answered. It was for sure not an overnight transformation. But it became the decision to get back up — a glow up — followed by years of doing the unglamorous work that decision required.

I found myself as an intern — apprentice work — and stepped off the ordinary hamsterwheel almost before a single day passed. Then one day I discovered that there is freedom, and that brought me back to the unglamorous work and the self-discipline to grow. So I started to teach myself marketing, sales, branding, business, human behaviour and communication. There was no degree, no academic record, no prepared path into any of it. So I decided to build one. Character before achievement. Discipline before recognition. Knowledge before opportunity. That order matters, and it’s the part most people skip.

So that turning point in my life ended up with me being a nineteen-year-old girl who built companies and led a team of seven before I was twenty-two. Today I’m Co-Founder and CMO of EnerSynk Group, running it binationally and establishing its presence across Europe.

And one thing I really taught myself and realized through my process is that companies can be built and lost. Money comes and goes. The person you build underneath all of it is the only thing you carry into every room you ever walk into.

To the glory of God — He isn’t in my story to make it sound beautiful. He’s in it because without Him, the turning point would be missing. I also believe in kindness, forgiveness and how we treat people. You can’t put out fire with fire. You put it out with water — with kindness, respect and forgiveness. That doesn’t mean accepting everything. It means refusing to become cruel on the way through.

I’m fascinated by transformation. I look at a person, a company, a technology or an entire system and ask the same question: what could this become?
